Cheat List
You must first finish all mission objectives in the single player game before the cheats become available. Then, during gameplay, press "back". After that, ress the following buttons to activate the cheat:

W. Jacobs - Finish Special Objective in Campaign Mission 1 on any difficulty
H. Ramirez - Finish Special Objective in Campaign Mission 2 on any difficulty
K. Henkel - Finish Special Objective in Campaign Mission 3 on any difficulty
A. Galinsky - Finish Special Objective in Campaign Mission 1 on Recruit during a Quick Mission in Mission Mode

Cycle back through weapons
To move back through the weapon selections, press Y.
Boost stats
Start a private game in cooperative mode. Play the game on the elite difficulty setting with unlimited respawns and grenades. You will get a win and 45 kills easily.
Single mission objective 17, Swamp Airfield
Every time you kill a group of enemies, save the game. When you get killed, load the saved game and kill the person that got you.
Ghost Recon
Chicken Mode
Unlock chicken mode, then while playing a game, press Back, X(2), Y, A, B. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear.
Helium Mode
Unlock helium mode, then while playing a game, press Back, X, A, Y, B, X. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear.
Paper Mode
Unlock paper mode, then while playing a game, press Back, B, A, X, Y, A. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear.
Huge Head
Unlock huge head, then while playing a game, press Back, A, X, B, Y, A. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear.
Slow-motion Mode
Unlock slow-motion mode, then while playing a game, press Back, Y(2), B, X, A. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear.
Chicken head mode
During the game, hold back then hit X, X, Y, A, B.
Enable cheat mode
Finish every objective in single player.
Invincibility
Hold back then press X, X, A, B, A.
Team God-mode
Warning: You cannot finish the game with this cheat turned on. Hold back, then hit B, A, Y, Y, B, A, X, X, X.
Wheelchair characters
During the game hold back then press A, A, A, X, B, Y to have characters in wheelchairs!
Fat Players
Hold BACK and press B, B, Y, X, X, A.
Funny Saying
On the second mission when you go to cross the stream get in the middle of it and try to go into the prone position while you cannot do this he will say "I'm not going swimming".
Ghost Master
Maximum plasma
Hold L + R and press X, Y, X, Y.
Level skip
Hold R + L and press X(4) at the level selection screen. Hold R to skip a level or group of levels.

Unlock All Missions
Pause the game during the Cuban Operation, while playing as a support troop. While paused, enter R1, R1, R1, R1, X, CIRCLE, L1 + L2.
Enable Online Voice Chat
To enable voice chat during online gameplay, the following cheat must be entered on the "Press Start Button" screen by the host: R1, R1, L1, L1, R1, L1
Other players can have the cheat enabled, but it is only necessary for the host to have it. If the host does not have the cheat enabled, no one will be able to use the voice com during gameplay.
Ghost Recon: Jungle Storm
Unlock all levels
Select the Cubans and play as a support troop, then pause the game and press R1, R1, R1, R1, X, Circle, L1 + L2.
Online Voice Chat For More Than Two Players
On the server PlayStation2, press R1(2), L1(2), R1, L1 at the 'Press Start button' screen. The sound of a drum will confirm correct code entry. Press Start to continue with your server setup. The code does not need to be entered on the client PlayStation2s that will join the game. Online voice chat is normally only available in two player online games. Allowing it to be used by more players will effect bandwidth and game play quality. An upstream bandwidth of 512 Kbps is recommended.
Unlocking Bonuses
Successfully complete a campaign under the veteran difficulty setting to unlock its corresponding bonuses.
It is not necessary to play under the elite difficulty setting to unlock anything.
Ghost Recon
Invincibility
Begin a mission, then pause game play. Press L1, R2, L2, R1, Select to become invincible.
All missions
Press X, L2, Triangle, R2, Select at the title screen to unlock all missions.
All special features
Press L1, L2, R1, R2, X, Select at the title screen to unlock all specials features.
All guns
At the main menu, hit x, left, triangle, square, x, select.
Mission Co-operation And Firefight Co-operation modes
Beat the game and save. Now start with the saved file. Go to Multipalayer and you'll notice that there're Mission Cooperation and Firefight Cooperation modes availible in Multiplayer.
Note: In Ghost Recon there are two different games: Ghost Recon and Ghost Recon: Desert Seige(DS) (used to be sold seperately.) After you beat the Ghost Recon (15 Missions), there will be 8 new missions(for Desert Seige).
Awards and Medals
Purple Heart: Get wounded or killed in action.
Bronze Star: Get 15 kills
Silver Star: Get 20 kills
Distinguished Service Cross: Get 25 kills
Congressional Medal Of Honor: Get 30 kills
Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex
Completion bonuses
Successfully complete the game in single player mode under the easy difficulty setting to unlock three bonus costumes for Batuo and Motoko; unlimited grenades and small gun ammunition; and yellow menus.
Successfully complete the game in multi-player mode under the easy difficulty setting to unlock Batuo and Motoko as playable characters; three bonus costumes for Batuo and Motoko; and the Dome level.
Successfully complete the game in multi-player mode under the normal difficulty setting to unlock the Arm Suit and AI Tank as playable characters.
Successfully complete the game in single player mode under the hard difficulty setting to unlock three bonus costumes for Tachikoma.
Successfully complete the game in multi-player mode under the hard difficulty setting to unlock Tachikoma as a playable character.
Successfully complete the game with all the fans to unlock Motoko's fast automatic rocket launcher; unlimited ammunition for the rocket launcher; Batuo's explosive laser gun; and unlimited ammunition for the laser gun.
Successfully complete the game in single player mode without using a continue to unlock unlimited ammunition for the grenade launcher, sniper rifle, rocket launcher, and automatic rocket launcher.
