2002 FIFA World Cup
All-Americas team
Win the World Cup with an American team (such as Team U.S.A.) to unlock the All-Americas team in a friendly match.
All-European team
Win the World Cup with an European team to unlock the All-European team in a friendly match.
All-Asian team
Win the World Cup with an Asian team to unlock the All-Asian team in a friendly match.
All-African team
Win the World Cup with an African team to unlock the All-African team in a friendly match.
All-World team
Unlock the All-Americas, All-European, All-Asian, and All-African teams to unlock the All-World team in a friendly match. To unlock the All-World team in World Cup mode, win with every single team three times in world class mode without losing a single game.
World Cup ‘98
Creations software team
After selecting teams, on the "Stadium Select" screen, press the R button to access the Team Management options. Choose any team, select Customize Player and change the players name to BuryFC. Be sure to keep the capitalization the same. If entered correctly, you should hear a faint 'swooshing' sound, and all the names on England's team will now be different and the players are now the creators of the game.

All-star team
Complete the World League at level 4 or higher. Then, press Up, C-Up, Up, C-Up, Down, C-Down, Down, C-Down, Left, C-Left, Right, C-Right, Left, C-Left, Right, C-Right, B, A, Z + Start when playing against the World Stars.
Big head mode
Press C-Down(2), C-Up(2), C-Right, C-Left, C-Right, C-Left, B, A, Z + Start at the title screen. A sound will confirm correct code entry.
Fighters Cup
Alternate costume
Press R when selecting a character.
Earn 9th skill
Complete Master Challenge and win or lose. Alternatively, have a saved player on the memory paks in controllers one and two. Then enter a two player battle in win or lose mode. Defeat the other player and the beaten player will lose an ability. The winning player can then gain the 9th skill.
Easy victory against the Joker (Master Challenge mode)
Use a knock down attack with any character at the start of each round. Play as the Ninja and keep moving diagonally towards Joker to attack. Keep repeating this, but try to get him the first four times as it becomes more difficult with each attempt.
Fight as Boro
Complete the game under the easy difficulty setting. Note: This character is named Eyvokan in the Japanese version of the game.
Fight as Robert
Complete the game to earn a star. Select "Fastest" mode. Defeat all fighters in less then one minute. Robert the robot will be available on the character selection screen.
Fight as the Joker
Complete the game to earn a star. Select "Survival" mode. Defeat all one hundred characters. The Joker will be available on the character selection screen.
Fight as the Master
Complete the game to earn a star. Select "Master Challenge" mode and defeat all opponents. The Master will be available on the character selection screen.
Fight as Ushi
Complete the game to earn a star. Select "Rodeo" mode. Remain undefeated for at least one minute. Ushi the cow will be available on the character selection screen in two choices of colors.
Kill during victory pose
End a match with your opponent having very little energy remaining, or standing next to a ledge. Stand very close to your opponent during the victory pose to have it hit them, causing a kill or fall.
Pierre's exploding nose
Select Pierre in his alternate costume and begin a match. Repeatedly tap L during the fight to spin Pierre around and cause his nose to grow until it explodes.
Quick health refill
Step far from your opponent when your health meter is low. Then, hold High Attack + Low Attack. The health meter of your fighter will refill very quickly. Note: A full health meter is no guarantee of winning a match; a knockdown move against your character can still end the match quickly and your character can be attacked during the energy refill.
View gained skill
Press C-Left, C-Right, C-Up, or C-Down before selecting a character.
Winning poses
Rapidly tap A or B after defeating your opponent.
FIFA 98: Road To The World Cup
Unlimited player points
Go to Player Edit, then Vancouver (USA). Enter "DAVE" (all caps) on any player to enable 99 player points on all categories. The player will jump up and down if you've entered the code correctly.
Cheat
When you start the game go your original team but as the game progresses press start then go to controller select and change your controller to the opisite team then keep on scoreing own goals and when it gets near to the end of the match change back to your original team.
Nintendo World Cup
Super Kick
When you have control of the ball, press B and then A really fast. The ball will change to a purple color, and anything in its way will be knocked down, including the goalie.
Useless Enemies
At the straregy screen before the start of the game, you can choose to tackle or mark the enemies. Choose tackle and during the game, keep knocking down the same enemy or kick the ball at them hard. Eventually after about 3 or 4 hits, the enemy will lay on the field, unable to play.
